I want to order the older model from Acebeam the K70 .
Why do you think, because i like so much the magnetic ring in combination with the tailswitch.
Mine question is can i update the XHP 35 Hi with the LUMINUS SBT-90 GEN2 LED?
If this is posible how much i win in throw in meters ?

you won’t win anything, you will lose distance. all of it, it wont even turn on, xhp is a 12v 1A led, sbt is a 3v 13A leds, you need completely different driver,
If the SBT90.2 is driven to ~22A you might gain a bit of intensity, but if I recall correctly the K70 pushes the xhp35 pretty hard so it won’t be much gain. The SBT90.2 will get you more output and bigger beam as well.
I would say it’s a good upgrade to the xhp35, but you wouldn’t be able to just swap it in the K70. You would prob need to reconfigure the battery carrier to 1s and have a different driver, and the magnetic ring would not work.
