Acebeam K75 problem ?

Hi guys
My acebeam K75 has 2 weird black lines inside the lens,i can see it more clearly when i activate the turbo mode
can you tell me why please
Anybody have the same problem ?

Any brown spots or streaks on the emitter?

No buddy, the LED is fine, 2 lines are on the lens, they are perfectly straight

See customer care about getting a new one.

i dont understand what you mean by black lines on the lens? on the glass lens? can you take and post a picture? or a link to a picture?

I agree with Rusty Joe though, Acebeam should be pretty good about sending out a new lens.

I agree, two black lines sounds like a Sony Trinitron problem from the 90s.
