They don’t have representative here. You can contact them via chat on Aliexpress if you have account or send them e-mail. They accept moneybookers payments (it’s similar to paypal) but I have never used.

After owning the King for a few days, it is one of those lights that you just have to get. $51 is a no brainer. Jump on it! The King feels like a million bucks and will make any 1 XM-L 1 18650 look sad. It really is very bright and is a joy to own. I paid about $60 for mine and feel it was well worth it. I am tempted to get another one for that price but I am running out of 18650 batteries.

My order arrived 2 days ago. Yes … more than month ( maybe customs in my country). Sky Ray King in original package and original flashlight. Very good communication with representative person. Of course package was registered. Now is for US $56.27 and using coupon US $51.27. IMHO much better deal than Kreisler posted.
