I already asked about this in another thread, which wasn't started by me, but that one seams dead, so here it goes. I saw this SOG knife on aliexpress and I don't know if it's a fake or the real deal.
The sheath looks nothing like the original one, but I guess they need to cut corners somewhere the only gripe I have is that I saw the same exact model with inferior quality 5Cr13 steel and I was wondering if this seller might be padding his description. Any feedback from somebody who knows something would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Whit shipping to Europe it'll total to about 40, that's why I was asking. :) I also contacted the seller asking him about it, he said " my supplier told me it is 7Cr18Mov, I don't know how to prove that. ". I think I'll risk it after the holidays and will be back with some info when it arrives.
