Nice mod! Does it feel somewhat lighter now?
Hi Isti,
It was always a solid and chunky feeling knife. It’ll be a bit lighter but I don’t mind it having a substantial hefty feel to it. When I get a chance I’ll put it on the scales.
Regards,
SP
Hi Isti
It is now 151g, no idea what it originally was though!!
Anyway, here are two slipjoints I got today from FastTech. The grey 7112, very attractive and simple and the white H03 with filework on the spine and skeletonised liners. Lovely little knives for less than £12 delivered for both…!!

Hi SP
If I remember correctly the all steel version weights around 165g. The G10 version is 119g.
So if you decide to save more weight you can replace the steel handle slab with G10. ![]()
Can you have a full grip on the SRM 7112?
Hi Isti
I’m happy enough with the weight of the Domino. But it could always give me an excuse to buy the G10 version…… It is a really smooth little flipper but I need to get hold of some Loctite because it does need the pivot tightening quite regularly. Excellent value for around £12-14 or so.
The 7112, I can just get a four finger grip - I have medium hands I’d say. I’m going to thread a small paracord or leather lanyard through it so that would improve grip a lot for me as my little finger is just wanting to slip off the end.
does anyone have experience with the blade?

Ganzo G726

Ganzo G727

G727 is a RAT clone but the G726…someone has an idea ?
Ganzo, you’re killing my wallet.
Seems like Ganzo has been cranking out new models like crazy! I had my eyes on the G722 & G724 models, and now the G726 & G727? Wow.
@Patrickbateman: What site are you seeing these newest Ganzos?
On their new official website : http://www.yjganzo.com/?lang=en
Pretty pro, uh ?
Note: their images are over-saturated in colors.
Shoud be delivered later this week, maybe next. Just wondering if this a clone of any Medford pretorian model. Also wondering if the knife is supplied with a somewhat servicable edge? Any comments are welcomed, thanks.
Jim
The twosuns isn’t a medford clone, I could not find a medford that looks like this model or close to it.
Thanks downlinx, appreciate the info. Does the knife come with a a servicable edge? I’ve had some issues with some Ganzo 7211’s and hope not to have to do much more than hit the edges with a buffer, to touch up any factory wire edge/burr. Thanks again for any info. Jim
edge is quite serviceable, I sharpen it on my edgepro apex
got to have some of those, anyone know the price point? and where to buy?
I am in the same boat. If someone finds these for sale at a well known vendor, I’ll definitely be placing an order
My new love: Ganzo G702 (sand) and G724M(orange)!
I ordered an orange G724 from gearbest a week or two ago. They had the lowest price I could find at the time (from the dealers that accept PayPal). I also had some of their points from past purchases to put towards the purchase, so that brought the price down a bit more for me. Do a search on the forums before you order from them; some people had problems with this particular vendor — they are fairly active on this forum. I’ve not ran into any problems.
I had a muck about doing heat anodising over the kitchen hob, liberally coating the scales in mustard first….
The Mrs came in complaining about the smell so I had to cut the ano short before any real colour came, but the knife has - in my opinion - a great “industrial” look now.
