Lepro 1500 lumen lantern for $19.99 - $2 instant coupon.

I got one of these (it came today) and the 1500 lumen claim appears about right. It’s obviously a Streamlight Siege clone, but with 2 temps of LEDs and the ability to mix the tint by running both groups simultaneously, and brightness ramping thrown in to boot. Press the button once for 850 lumens at 6000K, press a second time for 650 at 2700K, press a 3rd time to have both. Press and hold for ramping (which reduces lumens slowly). The Siege has a more positive click to the bail handle and an extra carabiner-type clip on the top compared to this Lepro, but otherwise they look, feel, and are sized very similarly.

Does it use PWM on low modes like the Siege?

Personally I can’t tell visually, but considering the price it probably does use PWM…. just my guess.

I think it’s broken. replace it. You should be able to find a new one for about $20. I’ve got one that performs similar to yours, accurate but very slow. I replaced it and haven’t thrown it away because I eventually will tear it apart to see what’s in there… Kinda unusual source, but I bought one (then a second) from ALDI last year. Blue LED display easier to see than LCD.

Thanks. PWM is what kept me from getting a siege, normally it doesn’t bother me on flashlights but it does on a lantern.

If you have prime you can return it and buy it again. They used to adjust prices after the fact within 7 days, but they decided they’d rather pay more than the price difference shipping stuff back and forth. :person_facepalming:
