Kewl, tnx. One of my MPOWs stopped charging, so it’s now wired-only. Will see how these sound…

That leather EDC sheath is back up ~$6.5 ViPer link

I've had earbuds die on me, but my IEMs and headphones haven't ever given up the ghost.

Is it worth $9.99? Oh H*LL yes. (This was $39.99 about a month ago.)

Excellent overview! I agree 100%

I had to order one of the soonfires. Feel like I should order more as gifts.

Watch out for the tiny little screws on the MPOW coming out. Smallest damn things I’ve ever seen.

Plasmatoast in Post #3980 regarding the Soonfire MX70 wrote………………

ā€œā€¦. don’t know if it’s a Panasonic battery, but it has the same 3 dashes on the negative side as my Tesla/vapcell wrapped batteries.ā€

On my MX70 batts I show those dashes on the positive side.

Also faintly at the very bottom of the cell wrapper on the negative end there appears to be a date code. Mine sez, ā€œB 2W 0920ā€.

You really should. I don’t particularly like to see BLFers kickin’ themselves in the arse.

So whut’s the UI on those beasties?

ā€œSo what’s the UI on those beasties?ā€ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦

Also a side switch double-click in any mode yer currently in takes ya right to Turbo.

Per Richie086, Post #3960………

ā€œPressing the tail switch, it starts on Firefly then pressing the side switch – L-M-H-Turbo. It does have last mode memory. So if you shut it off when on Turbo, it’ll start on
Turbo when the tail switch is depressed.

I’m really liking this light. One strange thing, the box was factory sealed, and the battery(NCR 18650BD, flat top) was shipped inside the
flashlight and fully charged.ā€

So you don’t need to click through the blinkies at any point, right?

I did order 2 more. Thought about duplicating that 2nd order, deal is dead. $19.99 now.

Correcto. Only way to get into strobe/beacon is to hold the side switch down.

The tail switch will also allow you to re-click into whatever mode was previously side clicked ad infinitum - except for strobe/beacon. That again only reached by side switch hold downs.

Geez. Good for you. Even at $19.99 well worth it.

Oh, good. At least I won’t have to be staring at more lights I don’t need.

So many C8s, diving lights (and I don’t even dive), etc., and just how many can one person use??

Even lights that I want to use on occasion (eg, C8F, EC4GT, FC11, SC31pro (regular and shorty), etc.), all great lights but I don’t need any one in particular. I’m limiting my home-use to just 3-4, even though I got a table full of ’em right in front of me.

Wellp, more for everyone else, at least…

It’s like guns. Really just need a pistol for the bedroom, a shotgun over the door, a 30-06 for reaching out…but who stops there (hint: the guy that can shoot each one really well).

Wellp, I got the Tacklife w/DF for a nice wide flood inside the house, ’though it dims rather quickly, an Acebeam EC50 for a nice wider-spot reflector light, my Wuben E05 also with DF for a smaller wide flood, Airpro DC7 for loooooots of runtime, Oilight i1R on a ā€œnecklaceā€ like for company badges, and that’s my ā€œpared downā€ selection.

I’ve even been putting away lights I used to use pretty regularly, too, eg, my GTmicro, WK30, etc.

Now I do wish I had taken the chance on the 9.99 light, figured it was not worth the time… now good reports! :frowning: Not like I need anymore, but you know how that goes.

I’d still get one at $19.99.
