Keeps the sun off, but it will cook ya in direct sun without some wind to move the air through.
I go with wide brimmed straw or other loose weave hats. But these won’t do you any good for reflected rays or really low angle sunlight.

Looks like the 1810 mAh is for the green lamp, not the “1000” lumen version.
