I heard about “Amazon Haul” on today’s NBC Nightly News, but here’s an article on the subject from the AP…

Does anyone on BLF use Shein or Temu?
I remember creating a Shein account, but then decided not to order from them for some reason.
Amazon is introducing Amazon Haul to try to compete with Shein and Temu.
What I don’t like is that Amazon Haul only works on mobile devices right now.
(I almost never surf the web on a mobile device.
I won’t settle for anything less than a real desktop or laptop most of the time.)
What do you think of these low-price platforms?
I’ve ordered from Temu before . Fast delivery and ok products. The typical Chinese stuff. I would never buy anything valuable from them or and
Chinese vendor. Too hard to return things. I recently ordered from AliExpress and it also went well with fast free shipping.
Nice!
Yeah, when I want something cheap direct from China, I usually use AliExpress or eBay.
When I do a Google Shopping search, I think Shein and Temu results show up, but I haven’t checked out those sites hardly at all.
I have ordered from Temu and all went OK. Fast shipping and good (low value) stuff. The minimum order limit is what stops me from getting more from Temu. Usually go with AE which has a much better range of electronics-type stuff.
They make more money selling credit card information than they do selling merchandise.
I use paypal for all purchases.
I stopped paying thief’s commission long time ago.
I pay with virtual cresit card which is empty all the time except online shopping needs.
What commission are you referring to?
“Conclusion. PayPal can be a great payment method to use on AliExpress. In the past, it may not have been viable, but now that AliExpress has dropped the additional commission fees, buyers can get double the cover and security at a similar price to when using other payment solutions. Dec 27, 2023”

I meant currency conversion fees. My bank have them better when I pay with card.
Mike
I link a card with no conversion fee. That should eliminate that fee, correct?
Good for you.
