I was wondering if anyone else made sculptures? My hobby sort of crossed paths when I used high cri emitters and flashlight driver in my sculptures.

My only attempt at sculpting was a giant pile of mashed potatoes. Everybody at the table just looked at me funny.
Looked kinda like a mountain, though.

How long does something like that take?
I’ve been sculpting off and on for years. For this piece I made part of it a while back and then added the skulls and lantern in a couple days. I’ve been dealing with personal problems so I haven’t been as productive as I wanted to be.
Polymer clay is a very good clay to start with. The regular sculpey is too soft for details and makes it harder to use. I use Super Sculpey medium/firm and cosplay firm. For air dry clay I recommend DAS paper clay or Creative paper clay. And for reusable clay I recommend Monster clay.
