Or Just Go With The Nitecore MH20 or The Nitecore MH20GT ?
Which One should I Buy ? Any Thoughts ? Thank’s !
I have neither, just a Manker U11 and I would say go with the Nitecore for two reasons:
A 1 lumen ultra low on the Nitecore
The Lumintop looks like you have to hold the switch for 2 seconds to turn the light off (that may just be the special modes)
Other than that, the Lumintop looks nicer to me, and their charging system seems good. Also the clip reverses, which is a good thing for a hat brim… I do use the hat brim method on occasion.
Nuts, this would be a hard choice…

Lumintop 2 year warranty vs. Nitecore 5 year warranty. Now I Guess It’s Between the MH20 with your code or
the MH20GT , Or wait it out for a code for the MH20GT ? Hmmmmm . Thank’s Again for your input.

Warranties are only as good as the product. You can offer me a 100 year warranty, but if it breaks everyday it becomes useless to me.
I like the Lumintop SD Mini as the quality & performance is good.
Anyway here is a Youtube comparison.
Don't get SDmini, Lumintop produces very high quality products, but SDmini does not seem to be a well thought out design. 
MH20 NW is definitely a better choice for this class.
