Anyone heard of Vapcell X4 charger?

Has anyone heard of Vapcell X4 charger? Some guy in Australia selling on eBay, and some on alibaba.

Shaped like Nitecore D4, but different screen (better looking in my opinion). Also charges at higher amps (1000mA x 2, 500mA x 4) than NItecore D4 (750mA x 2, 375mA x 4).

Is Nitecore brand owned by Vapcell Shenzhen Corporation?

It looks like the Clarus Ch4s just with different brand name, would be interesting to see the internals.
