One of the little springs broke off on one of my carriers. I wonder if there’s anywhere to buy replacement ones? Neal hasn’t answered my emails for 2 weeks. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with that guy and I’ve always had good luck but I think I’ll shop elsewhere from now on

As new battery carriers are not cheap maybe you could resolder the spring or have someone else solder it on? If the spring is broken there are some nice replacement springs around as well.
