1. d4 d5 2. c4 Nf6 3. Nc3 c6 4. Nf3
4… dxc4 5. e4 b5 - you get a pawn in exchange for the center… makes his light squared bishop weird for most of the middle game… I would say black has equalized nicely here.
4… Bg4 5. Ne5 Nbd7
white would have gotten a big advantage here capturing your bishop… after 6. Nxg4 Nxg4 7. cxd5 cxd5 8. Nxd5 white has a good advantage… but he didnt soo…
6. h3 Be6
Just play bf5 here instead - be6 blocks your e pawn and will limit your chances to develop and castle.
7. cxd5 cxd5 8. Qa4 a6 9. e3 b5 10. Qc2 Nxe5 11. dxe5
Nd7 12. f4 f6
12… g6 would be better to develop your dark squared bishop to g6 and castle king side - f6 allows with to get a huge attack
13. f5 Bf7 14. e6 Bg8 15. Nxd5 Rc8 16. Qe2
Ne5 17. a4
white should have played e4 here… instead he gave you a free piece… this guy is really rated 1757?
Qxd5 18. Kf2
losing move for white… Qe4 here is absolutely winning for black
18…g6 - ok not the best move but you are still easily winning this
19. e4 Qc5+ 20. Be3 Qc2
Qb4 here keeps the pressure and opens up the file for your rook, trading queens would give away your advantage
21. axb5
axb5
Qxe4 needed to be played here… axb5 allows qxc2 rxc2+ be2 Kd8 (only move to avoid mate) then rhd1+ and white will win
22. Kg3 Qxe4
even game now
23. Qxb5+ Nc6 24. Bf4 Rb8
looses the rook… gxf5 was better - I assume you were getting low on time here perhaps?
25. Bxb8 Qe3+
26. Kh2 Qe4 27. Bc7 gxf5 28. Ra8# 1-0
interesting game
If I had to offer one piece of advice besides just suggesting moves it would be to develop each piece (moving it only once to the appropriate square) and then castle. Doing this will allow you to play a solid middle game, avoid traps, and use all your pieces and keep your king safe
