But it runs on 26650 cells. XML-hi led’s. No name.
Had it for yrs. Magic. Daughter wants one.

I’m not an expert but I believe the manufacturing cost should be the same for the first and second piece. Plus, shipping for 2 pieces costs marginally (if at all) more than shipping 1 piece. Therefore selling the first piece for $5 and the second for $7 makes no sense whatsoever. Usually people get a discount when they buy more, as is the case with 4 pieces of the same battery which cost $17. I’m not sure which part you don’t understand here.

At least here it’s not $5 for one piece and $12 for two. It’s $9 and $16 shipped. And that aligns with the expetation of 2 pieces costing less per piece than 1.
