100% is less than 2450 lumens.
My point is:
It maintains 100% output given an adequately cooling environment.
For example outdoors at night !
+1 I don’t know about 3K lumens, but HID will not back down unless the battery does. Heat is not an issue there. Plug it into a 12v powered source and it stays on the same brightness, just like car HID headlights. LED really needs active cooling, not passive cooling.
