My guess is this is Astroluxes’ version of the Mateminco LT40 i just reviewed. That UI is…forgettable. really needs Anduril 2, or I hope Astrolux fixed the thermal issue.
Hmmm, the EA04 looks like an updated EA01S, with (possibly) slightly higher max output and a simple UI (in stead of Anduril).
I already have an EA01S and I like Anduril, so I don’t see much interesting changes/improvements in why I should want a EA04, or am I missing something?!?
If it’s the same as the LT40, and Astrolux hasn’t changed the thermal algorithm from the Mateminco version, then it will not be an upgrade to the EA01S which has Anduril and can be tweaked for better performance and slower stepdown. The LT40 only has smooth ramping, not stepped.

3 categories of lights are:
Mixed tint multi-emitter 26650/ 21700
P60 style 18650
Throw-flood 14500
All lights are still in testing phase, so I won’t publish any image for now.
