Astrolux FT02 and Banggood complaint!!

I tried to loosen my head, but I couldn’t. Is the thread glued? Or should I use more power?

So shouldn’t it be replaced under the regular warranty?

I used a strip of inner tire wrapped around the very edge of the head and around the corner, it took some force but it gave in. No glue in mine

Was your ledboard cavity also off-center?

Yes LED was off center.
Proxxon increased the screw holes and centered everything.

Banggood absolutely refuses to do anything about this. They wont send a replacement head or replace the light nor will they refund. I have a PayPal claim going but was hoping to resolve it with the seller. No luck there.
Banggood customer service is worthless.

Well, OP did not read my posting about Banggood? He would not have fallen into their trap if he read my WARNING POST!!!

I think it tends to work on the individuals.
I’ve only had a coupla problems over the yrs. ONLY with the China
dealers. Dealt ONLY on PAYPAL.

They are waay over volume market compared to any other country.
Their prices are waay UNDER others too.
Hence the reason we deal with them.

Just be thankful we get the volume and pricing we do with. Mainly,
nowadays. a half decent quality too.

Me. I just shrug, say Ce-La-vis. and get on with it.
Unless it a higher quality/price item
we only talking about a coupla-ten bucks usually.

If higher. Paypal fixes it I find.
IF you deal outside of Paypal. well…… Best of luck.

My last order from B-Good. 3 knives. one charger and 2 x torches.
One item was out of stock, held them ALL back.
But offered me choice. refund or wait.
I waited.
7 weeks later, they shipped. (a week ago).
another 3 weeks or so. We’ll see hey.

When you see the few problems, on here anyway. with the volumes they have outgoing. Compared to Western dealers too.
It’s very minimal overall.

And asking for a replacement 120odd bucks torch head
for a coupla cents item that takes coupla minutes to put in.
IS more than a a bit rood/pushy really. (Be real)
that 1/2 refund is MORE than generous really.
I wouldn’t give it.
Just send you a couple little replacement items and stick ’em in yourself.
Personally. I don’t like those self chargers.
I like to see my charging as it happens.

I bought a light in november from bangood. The $300 light was DOA. I emailed and sent the video… i still havent received my replacement light…

I emailed them every month.

Banggood excuse… they sent the light, and something wrong the shipping…
