Is anyone ever replacing convoy S2+ UV 365nm lens with ZWB2 filter? Can you show me how to do it?

Wow, thanks a lot. It’s really helpful. One more question, which is give better filtered light, 1,5mm or 2 mm filter?
You just need to remove the pill. Some people use pointy tweezers, but I got a ring-puller that makes the job easy.
Unscrew the pill, carefully let the reflector and glass drop out. If the O-ring (extremely thin) also drops out, you’ll have to replace it carefully, too.
I always wash the crap out of any lens that goes in, and then carefully only handle it by the edges after making sure there’s no lint or dust anywhere. “Canned air” works well for that, as well as dedusting the reflector.
If the O-ring drops out, drop it back in and make sure it sits in the little groove inside the head. Then you can drop in the filter. Then drop in the reflector, making sure it sits the right way on top of the filter (squarely, no gaps between filter and bezel, etc.). If needed, you can use a chopstick or even your pinky to tamp down the reflector-plus. Finally, screw in the pill most of the way, gently. Make sure the LED finds its way in the reflector’s hole (even if you have to power it on to make sure), then snug it up.
If the O-ring doesn’t drop out, it’s much much easier. Keep the pill LED-up, drop on the reflector, drop on the filter, then lower the head onto the sandwich you just made. Screw the pill up into the head, watching the filter get nearer and nearer to the bezel. Do it only finger-tight. Jiggle things around, make sure everything’s seated well, then snug it up tightly.
Easy as falling off a toilet.
Thanks for the tips
