Yes, that link is in my second edit. Initially I didn’t post OL’s paypal and he let me know by pm that he appreciated that. When I found that link I didn’t ask permission, sorry Justin. I figure this needs to get out there in as many ways as possible or nobody will see it. It’s a bit like standing in the street holding a flashlight waiting for someone to buy it. It’s not easy to ask for help but when it’s given (not offered just given) there’s no point in disputing it.
