Ever wonder what’s inside one of these things?
Salty Language - you have been warned.
FF to 9:15 for the punchline.
All the Best,
Jeff
Prime minister here said: “people are so stupid, that it works”.
Snort!
I’m going to find 10 of these at my parents’ house next time I go over. My dad loves this kind of stuff.
This guy is great.
I just watched the end of the video…
Nice!
Jeff,
I cant thank you enough for this comedy gold.
This is a YT gem of a find.
Had me chuckling the whole way through until the punch line when he mini-chainsawed (!!!) into the capacitor… then i strained something laughing hysterically!
I really needed to laugh like that!
To be fair, when your house burns down, you won’t be using hardly no 'lectricity.
Well, I want one . I’m going to wire it up to my EUC so that it goes faster
Pause it at about 0.40 to read the explanation of how it works.
Reads like something from a political candidate talking about an issue they know nothing about…
All the Best,
Jeff
This guy is hilarious in most, if not all, of his videos
How do know when political candidates know nothing about whatever they’re talking about: their lips are moving…
I always heard that joke told as “How can you tell when a politician is lying? Their lips are moving”
Exactly! So they’re not just dishonest but also ignoramuses…
RanXerox !
Call it - Heavy Metal…
Exactly! Was wondering how many folks would recognize the reference… apparently only you
So politically/woke incorrect. Wish I had saved all my old copies.
And all 6’1" of Julie. R.I.P.
I had a ton of them (about 100 or so, collected over more than 30 years), and sold them to a used book bookstore when I downsized so I could move from a large house to my current motorized one (besides HM, had to leave a lot of nice stuff behind, but don’t regret it one bit).
FYI, if you know where to look, you can get every single number in digital format… I have them all loaded in my tablet and have started reading them all from #1 (1977!) onwards, I’m currently in year 1983 and I think I have good reading material for the rest of my current lifetime.
6’1" AND WORTH THE CLIMB! I remember her motto!
Lucky Kevin Eastman (then the HM editor) even managed to marry her for a while.
And his otherwise-unremarkable (IMHO) “Heavy Metal 2001” movie was almost a love letter to her from him – well deserved IMHO.
Nice to meet at least one reader of Goode Olde HM here!
