The best quality “knock-off” pack of this design I have found is the Condor compact assault pack. Sells for around $50 shipped. The Fox Outdoor version is slightly cheaper, both in price and build.
The only thing close to that BG price is the LA Police Gear 3 day pack at $32, which is very well made for the money.
Usually with cheaper backpacks the fabrics are decent enough but the stitchwork is bad, things come loose over time.
Those same models are all over the Internet and almost every seller has them. I believe they get decent reviews. You probably want to pay close attention to the capacity. I think they are smaller than they look. I just got one of those Mossad tactical duffel bag clones which has the backpack straps and I only paid about 30 bucks for that one, and it’s roomy. So there’s no shortage of neat bags and packs in this price range if you scrutinize the specs and the reviews.
I ordered a Maxpedition Remora clone from Manafont and it was OK . Two of the snaps broke the first day because they weren't riveted correctly.I was able to fix them.
In fact I´m afraid its a tad too big.
This would be only to carry some “tourist” stuff.
Cheap camera, water bottle, some souvenirs perhaps and some change clothes but not much.
If these are not too big, my boys would also like them as new day-care backpacks for clothes, socks etc. 
Last ones are pretty worn out…
I’ve got a couple of these backpacks, payed $22.89 from BG with some type of coupon. For the money I think they are good but I’m no expert on backpacks. They are really small, nowhere near the size I thought they would be.
They are about as big as the USMC 3 day assault pack I would bet…not HUGE but big enough
I also like my maxpedition fatboy versipack (I got mine on sale for around $45…wow…they got expensive!)
I have 2 of these backpacks in OP, not from banggood but from ebay.
I’m currently using the 2nd one because the zipper for the main compartment on the 1st one broke. It lasted roughly a year of daily use.
I think it was my fault it broke, though; in its last weeks I overloaded the main compartment with a 1.9L SS bottle.
The bottle is over 120mm in diameter and of course is rather weighty when full.
Other than the zipper breaking there is nothing else to complain about. The backpack is comfy and the material hasn’t ripped apart at any seams.
This backpack is crap, I bought one from Ebay with fast shipping.
The stitchwork is terrible, there will be many parts where it will come loose over time where it looks like not much has been stitched together, however at the front upper small pocket it had this visible defect in stitchwork so I poked it with finger just to make sure it wont give up on me when I need it the least, and guess what? It disintegrated without much pressure applied!
I will fill report with seller and request full refund, waste of time and money!
I will definitely buy from local B&M stores and will pick up army surplus backpacks, they are indestructible if little bit bruised from military use, but will last years and years and be reliable in all situations ;)! I was going to buy bigger backpack/duffel locally, but looks like one day pack will also be purchased from local store :)!
Sure, they dont look tacticool and dont come in multicam this and marpat that camo, they are built to last and built tough for that!
