Banggood.com - any experiences?

^ I will only speak for myself. You just made Banggood look good to me.

lol The things you have to put up with in customer service… amazing sometimes. I’m glad I have very little of that to do.

banggood was amazing so far. every shipment arrived. great packaging and not one product had any issues.

Machine translation isn’t able to translate properly, since the actual shipping codes are sort of shortcut coded too (in Chinese).

The “Leave the traffic” must actually mean “scheduled for dispatch”, ie. it is scheduled to take the next available “ride” (assuming the carrier has enough space for that parcel, depending on the parcels priority level; cheaper type parcels get lower priority to get a “seat” - in which case, it will have to wait for the next available ride)

The “go away” must mean “already departed”, so the parcel has actually gotten a “seat” and has left the station (no mention of whether the next destination is a transit destination or final destination country though).

“Guangzhou Terminal” is the parcel’s current location when the tracking info is being updated; not sure if this is the post office or a train/airplane terminal.

This is so funny...If they want to save money...why would they do a give away? wouldn't it be cheaper just not do the whole give away thing?

How many free advertising do you think they can get from this event compare to how much AD they already put on all the media...I don't think Banggood is trying to use this event for some free advertising on social media..

There is a thing called Chinese social media...which is not facebook, not yutube, not IG and not tweet since people in mainland China cannot even go on most social media...Have you tried to find those entries on Wechat or weibo?

Also..didn't you win something for free? how is that unfair?

Not winning enough ≠ losing....

I ordered about 15 items from them.

Three orders are batteries...only one nitecore came...

I live in Canada, apparently it is not ok to ship batteries to here unless there are from nitecore?

Anyway, they contacted me and canceled my order for all the unshipped batteries and refund me in the same day.

I think they responded fast and handled it well enough.

However, I would be happier if they can tall people what they can or can not ship before the order.

I still have some orders not arrive yet, but all the items that i did revise were well packed and shipped to me within 20 days.

One problem is the tracking....some of the tracking stop updating after the items left China...

All those being said...I do still like Banggood so far. I will buy things from them as long as they deliver well.

Not very pleased with the service I received. Ordered 5 Astrolux A01. Two of the five are Dead on Arrival. When I go to the customer service page on the banggood site it asks for all my information. It refuses to accept the order number that I have printed on the invoice in my hand. I am thus unable to get a hold of their customer service. I will not order from them again.

Please let me be clear. In my opinion Banggood sucks!

So if banggood sucks, who would be our alternative?
