My EC01 landed yesterday so I had chance to give it a test last night. First impressions are , it’s a lot smaller than I was expecting, I thought it was similar to a C8 but it’s quite a bit smaller.
Output is good and it does warm up pretty fast (using a Samsung 21700 40T)
Colour temperature seems a bit warmer than my FT03 with a XH-P 50.2 in it and hotspot is around twice the size of the FT03
It’s just at the max size for a pocketable torch which a C8 isn’t

Yeah… I love it!
This is my first flashlight that uses this type of led.
The thing that really impress me is the AMOUNT OF HEAT it produces even not in the highest mode!
Just in less than 10 seconds is too hot to hold with the hand (at the head part).
Even with 18650… Because I dont have 21700. (I read that it makes more light with 21700 than 18650 due to 21700 can give more amps…)
None lf my other lights produce the amount lf heat this one produce…
