I bought my FENIX HM70R HEAD Torch March 26 2022 and I have been using since then now what is happening light is flickering and I guess but not sure I need to use a different battery for testing purpose
Origin one is the attached photo .
Is it recommended to buy the same brand as the origin or alternative quality brand would also be fine ?
What would be an alternative good quality ?

Fenix batteries are protected batteries that are longer than regular batteries. You need to buy another protected cell with similar specs. The exact brand doesn’t matter as long as it’s a reputable one, but I don’t know of many options when you need protected batteries…

Haven’t seen any specific recommendations yet. But when I thought about mentioning NKON as a trusted supplier, I noticed you live “down under” which rather limits your possibilities.
