Goose Island Bourbon County Stout is fantastic!
If you can get it! :pay:
Yeah, not many places have it and if they get it, it doesn’t last long!
It didn’t happen overnight or easily. I am happy I made the effort though.

Local little breweries are my favorites. We have a lot of them here in WA. I was a fan of James Herriot and his books All Creatures Great and Small and etc… He frequently spoke of the little pubs in every village that had a signature ale to enjoy before heading home. It has become similar to that here and I think in many states with the micro-breweries popping up in small towns all over the country. I love it. Keep the money in the community instead of handing it to Ab InBev and Co.
Fat Tire, Guinness and New Castle! Moose Drool is good too. I am going to have to try the Goose Island County Stout that INeedMoreLumens mentioned if I can find it here in Nevada because that sounds good!
Yeah, that was great. Wish anywhere around here stocked it.
I don’t drink anymore, but I used to like Natural Light.
I think I liked it because it doesn’t really taste like beer (and it was cheap), but Natural Light does have alcohol in it so it will get you drunk.
Don’t call it that around anyone from Newcastle
I’m a southerner (basically direct opposite implication in the UK than US, lol) and even I knew to never do that.
Great beer though, when I came across the pond for the first time I was so happy to see it’s reasonably available over here. Just wish I could get some Harvey’s…
Never met anyone from the UK. Here in Nevada that’s the name on the bottle so that’s what we call it.
Haven’t you heard? Things aren’t what they are anymore. It’s kind of like backwards day, but for everything.
