I am contemplating getting a 2D Maglite to mod so… and I assume some manufacturer out there has improved upon the 32650 format.
Feilong is no longer available for a reasonable price and are no longer manufactured.
FCDC makes a 32650 but I do not know if any testing has been done to confirm the claimed 8000mAh capacity.
Anyone know which 32650 to purchase these days for a reasonable price?
You’d need button-tops, at any rate. Dunno anyone who sells 32650s of any kind at reasonable prices, as they always seem to be “specialty” cells.

TF32650 are still probably your best bet and widely available. I have several of the unprotected version I use in a Fenix TK70 mod (2S cells, 3 x XML2, buck/boost driver). Highly recommended.

Anyone try the Liitokala 32650 or FCDC 32650?
