Blew up resistor on my sanyo charger...need help

I blew a resistor on my sanyo chager NC-MQR06W. I checked some sites on reading resistor code it should be 3.3 ohm ± 5%

Can any experts verify this?

I’m going to the electronics store to buy this but I need advise on before I buy the wrong item. I’m scared getting swindled. I really need this charger…. going to solder it in my self coz I got no money to buy a new charger.

The pics are a little blurry. Its hard for me to tell. From right to left is the color bands red, red, gold and gold.
3.3 ohms +–5% should be orange, orange, gold and gold
