Looks very impressive. At first I didn’t like the ramp either but now you guys say theres different modes around it That makes the light more impressive that when you want a ramp it’s there otherwise couple clicks and its got a step up. I had a big 3,000,000 candle power halogen spotlight with a slight ramp and that thing was a beast. I lived on a lake and could shine it across the lake. So bright I went out at night and could actually turn off streetlights. Thats how amazing this thing was. I’ve been waiting for something more compact that could out perform. Finally I think this light might be the winner. The big hologen bulb got hot and the batteries lasted about 30 mins had to have a gass lens that added weight. Good for quick spotting animals. But this is a whole new thing. Where can I put the $14 down for it so I can get in the group buy? Think it will be released as early as February?
