BLF menber Sardion Master passed away on 8/18/12. More info in this thread.

RIP

God bless the family and friends.

My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Sounds great, Justin. We’re right behind you.

Condolences to family.

RIP

My condolences to the family.

Kids losing a parent is always TERRIBLE. But it seems like he had a close relationshiop with his kids. That way, they can remember him and what he was all about. Unfortunately, this came at a “bad” time for kids(bad time meaning their ages). If the mother can keep her kids under control and most imporntanly, keep a solid relationship with them; the kids will be happy. (This is coming from a child of a single mother of two, always wondered what It’d be like to have a father in the house, still visit on weekends though)

My condolences to the family. I hope some of them can come to this forum when they are a little bit older.

Sorry to hear of his passing.
His time with us here was too short by far.

Condolences to his wife children and family!

I am sad to hear he is gone. He IS memorable to me for his calm and respectful demeanor. I’m sure his children are old enough that though they may miss him sorely, they can remember him as a person of integrity. I hope his memory will help them all through the times to come.

Thank You Justin for the sad news.

My condolences to his wife and children. Losing a parent at a young age is very hard on them.

Sardion Master, was a great contributor and always here to add his insights, helpful information. He will be missed.

Second all condolences here. RIP, Sardion.

Condolence to the family, Sad to hear about the news. RIP

Very sad news. I’ve got similar age children and they would be heartbroken if something were to happen to me. My sincerest heartfelt wishes go out to his wife and kids. May God bless and watch over them.

O-L, thank you so much for passing this information on and taking the initiative to make a donation through a raffle. This is a wonderfully caring community here.

He was a warm, helpful guy here - and I’m sure was the same in life.

Sincere and deep condolences to those he leaves behind.

In the brief exchanges on a first name basis, always the model hobbyist. A good man indeed. Heartfelt condolences to the family.

My condolences to the family

You're a good man Justin!

Also, if you set up a paypal acct. for Sardion Master's family -- I will gladly donate a few $$ to add to the money you get from the raffle. I'm pretty sure others will chip in too. Just a thought.

I just edited my other posts on the raffle.

EDIT: Probably not a good idea, as raffles are illegal in all 50 states. I will need to figure out something else and I will get back to all of you about it.

Thanks for your patience with this.

Justin

You could do what sites like Quibids do where you bid a certain amount and even if you don't win the auction you pay it.

E.g. I bid 100 dollars and ChiX bids 105 then ChiX has to pay 105 dollars and gets it and I pay 100 dollars but I don't get it.

Or you could also just do a auction on ebay/here. Or since people may not want to bid in public do a blind auction where they pm you their bid and you update the post.
