Bluedio N2 - Bluetooth earphones . Mini-Review / First Impressions

Bought them from GB when they were on sale (expired by now). I though I’d share my impressions and maybe someone will find them useful.
After playing with them a bit I’m quite happy with the purchase.
Sound quality is good for me. Not worse than my Panasonic HJE-120. Though I can’t tell mp3 compressed to V5 from V0, so if you’re really into sound quality your impressions may be different.
Build quality looks good. The controls are quite simple and intuitive. Answering or rejecting calls by voice with “Yes” or “No” is a nice feature. The signal is good for 5-6m without obstacles.
They less convenient than my Panasonics, mainly due to weight of the control unit. It isn’t heavy but does make difference. You need the rubber thingy to help the right earphone stay in place during walking or some other activity:

But with it they fixed in ear quite well. I’ve tried running a little inside my apartment  and they stay put. It does add some extra strain though and right ear gets tired faster, after about an hour it becomes annoying. Not too bad and you can swap ears when one gets tired - the beads are symmetric and the thingy is reversible but I wish they’d put more thought into ergonomics.
Update: After getting used to them it feels more convenient now.
The weight is 13.5g (without the rubber thingy) and not 11.5g as Bluedio specifies. There is no battery life indicator on the headset (you can see battery level on your phone). The battery life is around the claimed 5 hrs (talking/listening to music). It takes about 1h to charge.

All in all these suit my purposes well: To be able to listen to music and easily answer calls during bicycle rides. To free my hands while talking and doing some stuff around the house.

Thanks for the review Pregulla!

This might be the first mention on the internet of a 'tired ear' ?

I think you could read about tired ears on all forums about married couples??
