BORUiT V3 Flashlight Keychain no answer from the company

I have send the bellow email to Boruit® LED Outdoor Lighting (2 different email), with contact us, with messenger and still no answer.

I bought a boruit v3 lens and from one of the two reflectors it was unscrewed and I lost the reflector, bezel and the o-ring.

Did you sell them separately somewhere?

If not, can you send them to me so I can screw them up again?

Repeat. Less words, no questions, they won’t get irony. Just bought this (order #), broken/defective on arrival, please replace. Send email again every third day.

I didn’t buy it from them, i buy it from AliExpress.

It wasn’t defective, the parts unscrewed and i lost them.

Do you sell spare parts for the Boruit V3, I need a reflector, bezel and o-ring?

You should message the seller first on AliX.
