Explain the first word in the phrase “Free DHL.”
Buy enough in one shot and I guess you get free DHL. The only shipping related charge was $5.12 for insurance. Keep in mind my order was over $200.
DHL would have cost $7 if I remember correctly on my $55 bare pill order.

He was asking me about the brightness. Apparently they use them when fishing. When I mentioned he liked the idea of the zoom as he would probably use flood often but I also explained that sometimes the lumens get exaggerated.
I was always under the impression that you can’t compare lumens directly with red led’s because of the way sensors measure them. For example, you can’t directly compare a “200 lumen” white light and a “200 lumen” red light. And that’s before you get into the “chinese lumens” business and of course you always lose some lumens with an aspheric.
All that said, it seemed pretty intense for a red light, until I ripped it out to be modded at a later date.
I measured the red in my video review. It’s in the beamshot/whitewall section… I can’t remember off hand though.
At this price he can hardly go wrong but if he wants brighter and more flood you could get the extra pill, a red XML, and a higher current driver.
