I will buy the lights, budget around 10-15 euro. 1 × 18650 battery

a bit powerful with
2 or 3 18650 battery and 2-3 cree T6/L2 led.

You can’t go wrong with a Convoy S2+ for the first choice. Something like a Sofirn SP36 would work for the second.

Agree with the S2+ recommendation. Many emitter choices including SST-20 and 219B. Sofirn has a few options in that range, I’ve been impressed with my SC31 Pro (swapped to LH351D 3500k). Might be able to find a sale if you look and are patient.

If you want a budget thrower, it's hard to go wrong with a C8.

Most other good throwers are more expensive that the C8, and the C8 is good enough for many people.

The C8's made by Convoy and Sofirn are nice.

Maybe check out their stores on AliExpress if you like AE.

Can’t go wrong with Convoy or Sofirn, but with Sofirn you geet very cheap batteries in bundles with the lights and most lights have a USB-C Charging port.

Sofirn is reliable, yes.
My order over 40$ from 15.10. will come today via DHL, so 12 days including two weekends
