I want to build 1 of my own lamp with 18 led 519A. Is it reasonable for me to use 54A circuit? Thanks for your help.

Yes 3A per emitter seems reasonable. They will create a lot of heat, make sure you take that into account

I have an interest in manufacturing a flashlight body since I can drop in an assembly from Malkoff. I think I am more interested in the design and aesthetics. I don’t feel I have anything new to add but I think I appreciate some others design aspects.
