Here is My Ultrafire MCU C7 Q5 I think I have used it for a 100Hrs but cannot be certain. It runs warm and I always run it on high.
Be warned Heat is the killer. Yes I got 100,000 Hrs divided 100. But this is only in Ideal conditions.

You got an excuse to try XM-L now...
It still works and is the same brightness as before. I think you need a bigger body XM-L driven at 2.8amps.
When it goes dead I my just install another Q5, I have to see how hard it's been driven right now.
