So, I took a chance on a used Wurkkos TD03 on Amazon. What I got was the accessories / manual for a Wurkkos TD03 with a mystery black flashlight labeled BYBLIGHT. After a little digging, I found the exact model:

So, before I return it, why not file this with BLF?
BYBLIGHT F18
This is an interesting flashlight. It is not a zoomie, and the battery is fixed in place. Unscrewing the rear cap reveals a microUSB slot under the threads, with a gasket - probably at least somewhat waterproof. It has a rear switch. Any click activates it and goes to the most recent mode, double click activates or deactivates strobe. Once active, short clicks cycle through the modes - Moon, Low, Med, High. The spot is fairly narrow for how wide the light is.
The F18 has excellent knurling and feels great in the hand. It can tailstand, and there are a pair of holes for a lanyard. The clip mine came with seemed durable enough. Apparently, it was sold for $19.95 USD, which seems fairly high given what you get. On sale, I think it would be a decent light for non-enthusiasts.
