Hello @Bob_McBob

I placed an order for a flashlight with you via Reddit towards the end of August. On November 7th, I received an email with my tracking number, but unfortunately, Canada Post hasn’t provided any updates since then, and I believe the package hasn’t been shipped to me yet.

The reason I’m reaching out on here is that my Reddit account was recently banned.

Is there any chance you could DM me on here, so I can send you my tracking number as I can’t seem to send you a private message as a new user.

Something is missing from this story. You bought something from someone. You were able to pay them, and you now cannot contact them, and you were banned on Reddit.

moderators told me to just create a new profile and move on .. they have no control over the AutoBanRobot… (I had to use a different email)

Sorry, occasionally an order gets away from me for various reasons. It has been a very tough year because the vast majority of my customers are impacted by the wildly unpredictable US tariffs on Chinese goods. I was honestly considering giving up selling modded Zebralights until recently. Your light was one of the last SC65s I had in stock from before the summer, and I wasn’t happy with the first one I modded for you, plus I’ve been in the middle of doing some driver testing as well as sorting out new Armyteks and Olights I’m stocking. I modded a new SC65 for you from my latest shipment and mailed it this morning, so you should see that update on the tracking.
