****Sofirn BLF LT1:
The BLF LT1 is a lantern developed by a small team of BLF members and Sofirn. The BLF LT1 uses a total of 8 Samsung LH351D emitters, 4 in 2700k 90 CRI and 4 in 5000k 90 CRI. If you are a lumen hunter, the BLF LT1 is your must-have camping lantern! It has variable tint anywhere from a warm 2700k to a very nice neutral 5000k, all at an impressive 90 CRI. This light produces an impressive 800-lumen maximum output. One big plus of it, which is loved by many people, is the tripod threads. You can put it on a tripod and use it as an area light. Some customers are using it as a nightstand light. If you’re looking for a bright and long-lasting lantern or an emergency light, this is a winner.
****Sofirn LT1S:
The LT1S camping lantern is half the size of BLF LT1. It easily fits in the palm of your hand and it can pump out a powerful 500 lumens. Its 36x CSP 1919 LEDs and 4x Lattice Power Red LEDs provide nice and even lighting all around. What make the LT1S different from the other two lanterns are its shape and UI. Actually it is a super compact lantern to hold in your hand with a much simpler UI than the BLF LT1 and the BLF LT1-Mini. Its small body unleashes its powerful function. The LT1S’s new features like directional lighting and red modes are nice additions. You can choose to save power by using only half of the lantern. It can also functions as a bed reading lamp. All in all, this is a feature-rich lantern in a small package which is great for night reading, camping, hiking, van dwelling, or hanging out in the backyard.
****Sofirn BLF LT1-Mini
The BLF LT1-Mini, like the original LT1, was developed by a small team of BLF members and Sofirn. Both of them use the latest Anduril 2.0 UI, which offers nice features. The BLF LT1-Mini is a lightweight and affordably priced camp lantern. It’s very narrow so it can fit in places like an EDC bag or an ultralight backpack. Its lightweight build and compact shape are a big plus. Because of the low heft and bulk, advanced UI, relatively high output and long-running work time, this portable lantern is all many campers need in a lantern. Its compact size and light weight make it the perfect lamp for backpacking, camping and hiking adventures. Whether backpacking, camping or looking for an ultra packable emergency light, the BLF LT1-Mini is definitely a durable and useful bargain.
A good camping lantern is an outdoor essential. All of these three lanterns have some of the same features as others on the market including a built-in loop to hang the lantern in the tent. They also have a USB-C to USB-C power bank function to charge devices like your phone or tablet. Changeable tint can produce cozy and unique ambient lighting. Each light will be a convenient addition to your camping kit!
