Cannot enable channel switching d4sv2

Hi everyone,

I have several Hanklights. My latest one is a 2ch d4sv2 in 519ac 2700k and sst20 deep red.

I am fairly adept in Anduril. However i can’t seem to enable channel switching/toggle. It should be able to toggle right?

I put the light in advanced mode, from off 9H, 1C. When the light is on and I try to toggle between both channels, I just get momentary turbo.

Can anyone help?

What you tried was a method for older firmware versions. Take a look at the channel modes section of the official manual. Basically you want to enable the two individual channels via 9H from On.

“9H from off and 1C” most likely enabled stepped tint ramping with middle only (both channels same amount).
