Just for those who may be interested, I’m sure most of you may have heard of him. Sadly it’s just been announced he died of Pneumonia, and Covid 19 on top.
Such sad news to hear. Rest in peace Sir, in the knowledge you inspired a whole country and a good part of the world in these terrible times.

I think he was someone who embodied the best of that generation. I’m glad they found a way for the Queen to do his knighthood.
