I also have an xtar vc2 or whatever.
I bought some cheap chinese external battery chargers for my phone and I’m pretty sure they are too high amperaged or give dirty power. They are rated 600mah and 800mah but I usually charge my phone at 300-400mah and it always lasts longer when I do.
Wondering if I can make a dummy 18650 with contacts and wire it up to the external chargers and charge my cell phone batteries that way. Pretty sure they don’t have an auto cut off when the battery is full too so that would be nice. I’m leaning towards the xtar 2 bay since its USB powered and I can control the output a lot easier (with a 400mah USB brick for input power)
Any thoughts? Usb port on my lg v20 only works if I use straps to hold the plug in the phone which is very annoying.
