Does anyone know of a charger that will handle the Nitecore NL2140 battery?
I have both protected and unprotected 21700’s but this one is longer at
2.98" than any of my other ones. I have the Nitecore D4 and the Gryfalcon ALL44
but it wont fit in either.

I like the Vapcell S4+
It can handle cells up to 76.9mm long, which is about 3.027" long.
The Vapcell S4+ is kinda pricey, but it’s very nice and it can charge pretty quickly across all 4 ports.

You could get a Nitecore UM2, UM2S, UM4, or UM4S, but I still like the Vapcell more.
The UM2 is pretty inexpensive, especially if you order from AliExpress.

When I was looking for a 21700 charger, it took me a very long time for me to decide on what to order.
The good news is that many people on BLF like that Vapcell charger, so it’s a popular choice among those who are in the know. 
Yeah that charger must be in demand, Liion wholesale was the only place who had
it in stock. Still think it’s boarding on false advertising for Nitecore to state the
P20i UV runs in a 21700 battery then, after you receive it, you see that
it only works on their version of a 21700 batt. I tried adding some neodymium mag
discs to one of my 21700 non protected cells to increase it’s length like I have done
with others but it will not work on the P20i UV.
It’s a decent light but a pretty rotten trick for Nitecore to play on their customers.
I think sofirnlight.com has the charger, with 25% off, but it ships from China not from the U.S.

I got my two Vapcell S4+ chargers from sofirnlight.com when they were on sale, but I don’t remember how much I paid. 
I just looked, they want $45.99, I got it for $39.99 with $12.00 shipping/taxes. may have
been a bit cheaper with Sofrin but hopefully I should get it sooner.

I did just that and found the IF23 to be interesting, kind of reminded
me of my Lumintop E05C but the IF23 is a huge improvement so I ordered one.
Funny thing is, Amazon wanted $56 for it, Sofrin wanted $40 then I seen it on Aliexpress
and got it for $34.99 after taxes. Bit surprised to see Aliexpress charging US sales
tax but maybe they have an agreement with the US.
Will take a little longer to get here but since I am saving $20 as opposed to Amazon,
I can wait.
Just an FYI to all, I received the Vapcell S4+ Ver 2.0 yesterday and tried the NL2140 in the bays. To my disappointment, the NL2140 only fit in one of the bays which was bay #2 and it was a very tight fit at that, no way will it work in the other 3. If that NL2140 was another 1-2 thousands of an inch longer, I would be out of luck but at least it fits in one bay so I can use it.

According to HKJ’s and your measurements, the cells should fit, but of course they don’t.
Some of the Nitecore “UM” series should accept longer cells than the Vapcell S4+ (if you feel like getting another charger.) 
Yeah bit of a surprise but, at least I can use one of the bays so it will still work.
Update on the Vapcell S4+, I received my Sofrin IF23 today, pretty pleased with
the light itself but, even more pleased after using the S4+ to charge the battery.
Took about 1/3 of the time that similar batts take using either the Nitecore D4
or the Gryfalcon All44.
