Some cheap chargers are perfectly fine (albeit slow) as long as they don’t overcharge the cell. Eg, the 2buk chargers from FT are practically a trickle-charge, but never overcharged any of my cells. I bought like 6 of ’em, and sprinkled them around at home, at work, wherever I might need to top off.
I’d be more worried about the rewrapped HouseFire 12000000mAH cell that practically gets delivered already on fire and spewing smoke and noxious chemicals (hey, it saves time…).
