Cheap USB C recharchable flashlights for searching small parts on floor

Good evening!

At work we work with very, very small parts and have a hard time finding them if we drop some.
I have one of these USB C recharchable V3-Type Flashlights and my colleagues are asking me for it constantly to better find their dropped parts.

Mine is the expensive Version from BangGood, I since have ordered the cheap version: V3 EDC-Taschenlampe, Schlüsselanhänger-Licht, 900 Lumen, tragbar, superhell, Typ C, USB-Ladeanschluss, Notfall, Arbeit, Camping, Licht - AliExpress 39 to test.
But I would like it more to have a dumbed-down version of this.
No side lights, no two switches, at best just on/off, USB-C and a magnet, that’s it.

Does anyone know lights that are cheap (<10$, better ~5$ ) that I can buy and gift to my colleagues?

…on AliExpress, you can find many flashlights similar to this listing:

I don’t know which ones are the best deal, but there are plenty to choose from, and they all look remarkably alike.
I’m not a fan of plastic keychain flashlights, but others don’t seem to mind as much.
These flashlights do have side lights (and a number of worthless modes), but otherwise they might work for your purposes.
A number of BLF members like this type of keychain flashlight (or clones thereof.)
I couldn’t find anything more suitable on AliExpress. :slightly_smiling_face:

I guess you know about holding the flashlight close to the floor and parallel with the floor to find tiny things, or is there a better method?

Works best for me with narrower beam.

I had a couple of the ones above and the switches were bad, hard to operate. Also the plastic clips were useless and snapped off.

The Boruit ones have a nice clicky and a removable steel clip.

This is a higher quality version that I bought years ago

I did buy this light: Order details just to see how the quality of the cheap ones is, and it’s not good enough for me.

OK then it unfortunately seems that there is no real competition in that price range to those style lamps and I will wait to see the quality of the cheap V3 lamp.
