I have a couple of them, bought without the cells & charger leads for around £5 each.
LED is a Lattice Bright, probably around 300 lumens in reality, no waterproofing to the battery holder or light unit itself.
OK for occasional use in the dry but I would not trust them in a situation where I had to depend on them.
