Easter is coming and my 1000 post, too. Why don’t combine both
It’s starts a long time ago with the 1000 post give away here in BLF and I like the idea. Now I’m in to do it.
My rules:
I want to give something back to the forum and the great members. I notice that some members enter the forum but the only posts are in the give-away threads. This isn’t great and shouldn’t be the intention to register here. That’s why rule 1 and 2 exist.
1. Post count: 50 or more
2. Member before Feb. 2013
3. Every member can enter one time. Post # is the ticket number
4. Price will be shipped worldwide and everyone can enter, who achieve rule 1 & 2 (of course BLF admin or kreisler).
5. Give-away ends on Easter monday 01. April 2013 23.59 GMT +1 (time in Germany). It’s fools’ day, but I will not fool you ![]()
6. Special rule: Many members were worried about Kumabear (we know now, he is alive) Hope he will be back soon and healthy, but I think he will not enter before this give away ends. I will give him the last ticket number before I will use random.org. If he will win and do not want a package, the last member who enter this give away before I use random will get it.
Price:
I like knives and the forum offers great information and reviews. But I know that not everyone does and some can get problems with the law. This is the reason, why I have offered more options and the winner can choose one of the packages (1, 2, 3, 4a, 4b I, 4b II or 4b III). It will be send directly from fasttech to the winner.
There will be only one winner and random.org will find out, who is it. I will write a PM and then the winner can tell me, which packages he wants.
1. Enlan EM01 (small brother of the EL01), G10 handle, liner lock, tip up design, blade length 71mm, closed length 92mm
2. Enlan F710B (similar blade design as the SRM710) 70mm blade, frame lock, clip, tip down design,

3. A mixed package (small knife and a driver) – for those who want a small edc
Knife: Sanrenmu GR5- 605 (red, drop point blade) or GV-604 (green, tanto blade) G10 handle, liner lock, tip down design, blade length 57mm, closed length 75mm
Driver: 8x AMC7135 Nanjg 2-Group 3 (low, mid, high) or 5 modes, reverse polarity protection, low voltage warning (2.9V to 3V). It’s not the 4 group version.

4. A small modding package.
a. You have a 5 mode blink cool white flashlight and want a 3 mode neutral white (5000K)
Driver: 8x AMC7135 Nanjg 2-Group 3 (low, mid, high) or 5 Modes, reverse polarity protection, low voltage warning (2.9V to 3V). It’s not the 4 group version.
LED: XM-L T6 3C 5000K 20mm star or 16mm round base

b. You have a XM-L flashlight, but want a longer runtime and not so much flood or an allround LED in cool white: Why not a XP-G 2 R5 ?
LED: XP-G2 (XPGBWT-L1-280-R5-0-01), 458 lumen (1,5A), cool white, 16mm round base
Driver: Cree tested the XP-G2 only with 1,5A. Match tested it extremly
I 1,4A (little underdriven), AK101 AK-A1 (3 mode high, mid, low or 5), reverse polarity protection, low voltage warning (2.9V to 3V).
II. 1,75A (a little bit overdriven) 5x AMC7135 Nanjg 4-Group, reverse polarity protection, low voltage warning (2.9V to 3V).
III. If you do not need the four groups and prefer low, mid, high with 1,75A or 1,4A. Take the 6x 7135 AMC Nanjg 2 group driver, but you desolder 1 or 2 of the AMC7135 chips for your next modding project. Please do not run the XP-G2 with 2,1Ampere, because Cree wrote in the data sheet max. 1,5A.#35 gords1001 wrote, that he runs his XP-G2 with 2A for a while - maybe 2,1 Ampere would also work fine. In my oppinion I would try 1,75A to have a long time fun with it.

I think the winner will find one of the packages which fits good. Good luck ![]()
