Just after announcing the close, I took a snapshot of the entire thread.
From that, I entered everyone’s guesses into a spreadsheet.
You get one entry for your username, one for guess1 in range, and one for guess2 in range.
Starting from the first comment, for each username or guess in range, increment a number. The result was 111 entries.
Two random draws from random.org (see image below)
Answers to questions:
Question 1: OTF lumens with reflector shroud, lens and bezel in place = 2588 (+–10% range, 2329-2847)
Question 2: OTF lumens with just the lens = 2841 (+–10% range, 2557-3125)
Quite a few got guesses within range (69 entrants with 42 guesses in range)
Closest guess Q1: yelve with 2600
Closest guess Q2: RaceR86 and dthrckt (tie) with 2870
Closest on both: dthrckt with 2610 and 2870
Honorable mention: Racer86 with 2620 and 2870

Thanks for the fun drawing relic. Im still waiting for 10 degree optics to arrive in the mail for a similar build. This one is definitely a fun project that can be upgraded many times over.
