They are soooo cheap brand new. Why not just buy some new ones and avoid the hassle?

I converted my mini mag into a thrower with a cree ez900 led looking to see if these two 14500 can power my 7135 driver, if not ill use my 3aa host

I have 2 ultrafire flames 14500’s, don’t have the equipment to test them but I’m very satisfied with them.

No, the 7135 based drivers can old handle up to 6 volts. You will just kill the driver, you could use a single 14500 and a spacer.

I use these as I have found they are right at the size of a AA as some others are longer and do not work in some of my lights.

Efest has some decent 14500’s as well as 14650’s both on eBay. Cut down Minimag looks great with either but the 14650’s give 20% more run time.

14650 would be good for runtime I never considered them

Mine are Efest imr purchased on eBay. Search 14650 lithium. The 10440’s I’ve purchased outrun the protected trustfires I’ve used.

The 10440’s are to small though, ill just buy from ebay or do lil searching here and see if there is a best place to buy

I was just using them as an example comparing same sizes. The efest cells were better, higher current, cells.
