Admitted, PayPal once again p*ed me off. If possible I pay in €€, but PP changes it back in $$ and charges me for the conversion. Most of the time I can pay in €€ with BG, and a few others. But PP keeps on trying.

I hate when the rules are changed after the deal is closed!
He sends me an email… “We ship the order and it was stuck and return due to a battery is included and the package oversize.” “So we kindly ask you can pay an extra $8 to cover the shipping cost?”
I am very pissed about their behavior, I wait to calm down to make a decision and send them a kindly answer…

Please explain Dealchanges? I ordered 2 pcs, and 1 is after 2 days shipped, 1 in backorder. I got no email with any changes of the deal… maybe ggl translate tricky… 
When I bought (and paid) it was free shipping.
It was “shipped” and now Lumintop wants to charge me shipping fees ($8) because “battery is included and the package oversize”.
I am going to disconnect from BLF until I make the decision because I entered this thread and I got even more pissed off.
Ok, i´m sorry. I guess LTP will clear it up soon…could be also by battery restrictions depended on different countries it will ber shipped…

The Tool AA 2.0 HM DIY kit comes in a box that’s as big as the box of the FT03.
Battery is not included in the package received — Lumintop informed that batteries were not allowed to ship to my country, so they’ll find another way to ship the battery when I order another complete Tool AA flashlight in the future (battery placed inside the flashlight and use a different shipping method)

Could be, but the first thing I do when I get a new light is take it apart anyway, so this is sort of a bonus.
Hopefully they can include the battery when shipped to the us.
